Pet Sanitation Products in the Market

There are items in the market sold as dog diapers, that are actually panties for female dogs in season and sold under different names with slight variations in their look, so when collecting fluid waste, as these panties are worn in contact with the dog's privates, dogs get dirty with fluid waste. They are not appropriate for collecting solid waste even when they are advertised for this purpose. Also, belly bands for male dogs sold for incontinence are in contact with the dog's privates. They are all made of fabric, washable, expensive and dogs get dirty.

Other sanitation products in the market are the Pooper Scooper and the floor Pads.  These products collect the waste "after the fact", i.e. after the waste has already been deposited outdoors as well as indoors, staining and contaminating all surfaces, and dog owners have to see and handle the waste and spend time and effort in cleaning the stains.
