seeking to form a Joint Venture with a U.S. Partner that could
provide manufacturing and marketing to commercialize the Dog
Diaper Product, whereby in the Joint Venture between the U.S. Partner and
Dog Diaper, Inc., the U.S. Partner would
provide manufacturing
and marketing
of the Dog Diaper Product, and Dog
Diaper, Inc. would provide the Proprietary
Technology, Proprietary Know-How and Trademark
Logo, for profit sharing on sales.
