Furthermore, Dog Diaper, Inc. would contribute to the Joint Venture the Research and Development that has been completed, so that the product is now ready to be manufactured.
As the Research and Development has already been completed, the Dog Diaper product is ready to be commercialized, i.e. there is no need for the potential Joint Venture U.S. Partner to invest or spend time in this area.
